Here’s the thing about industrial blowing ovens—they’re power-hungry. We build our lamps to handle that high-voltage demand using high-wattage quartz tubes. This gives you the concentrated infrared punch needed to heat the preform walls fast, which keeps your cycle speeds where they need to be. But there’s a catch. High output puts a lot of stress on your electrical boards. If your power supply is acting up, any high-output tube is going to burn out faster. The Nitty-Gritty on Quartz and Plugs
We use high-purity quartz glass. Why? Because it doesn’t warp when things get hot, and it doesn’t waste energy. Most of our lamps use standard R7s or Sk15 connectors. This means you can just pop them in. No hacking the socket, no weird adapters, no headaches. We also offer coated versions. These are great because they push the heat directly into the PET material instead of wasting it by heating up the oven walls.

These are true drop-in replacements. You pull out the old tube, slide ours in, and leave your PID settings exactly as they are.
