Installation is straightforward, but you have to confirm the exact lamp length, end-seal type, and connector orientation against your specific heating module and revision level. Check voltage and polarity at the terminal block, and keep the reflector clean—film buildup will throw off temperature distribution even with a good lamp. Expect about 5,000 hours under normal line loads. Higher duty cycles and frequent power cycling will shorten that, so keep the heaters at stable setpoints and plan replacements ahead of time.
